Description
The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a ball joint press-fit plug, and more specifically, to enable a press-fit plug molding while one mold is operated in two stages, thereby reducing costs, improving precision and concentricity of the product, and improving productivity. It is to provide a mold for manufacturing a joint press-fit plug.
Ball joints are used for various machinery and automobile accessories, and the general configuration of ball joints is to force the plugs into the housings while the balls integrally formed at the shaft ends are coupled to the housings. I'm not.
In constructing the ball joint as described above, the press-fitting plug is generally manufactured by a method of processing a round bar or a method of processing a primary cold forged molding. In addition, when the thickness of the material is thin it may be molded using a press die.
In general, the production of press-fitted plugs with a small thickness of a raw material is made by press die, which is a piercing cut out of the boundary of the molded part from the raw material, a piercing to form a hole in the center of the molded part, and presses the molded part with the product.
