Claims (2)
- 용융아연도금시 강판의 표면과 접촉하도록 설치된 롤의 표면에 선택적으로 접촉되어 롤의 표면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 스크래퍼를 포함하는 용융아연도금의 싱크롤과 스테빌라이징용 스크래핑 시스템에 있어서,상기 스크래퍼가 일단부에 장착된 연결바, 이 연결바의 타단부에 장착된 연결로드, 상기 스크래퍼가 롤에 선택적으로 접촉되도록 하기 위해 상기 연결로드를 이동시키도록 장착된 실린더, 이 실린더가 안착된 이동블럭, 상기 스크래퍼가 롤의 길이 방향으로 왕복되도록 상기 이동블럭과 체결되어 모터에 의해 왕복 이동되는 와이어가 포함되어 이루어지되, 상기 시스템은, 테이블 상면에 고정된 모터와, 이 모터에에 의해 일방향으로 풀리거나 감기면서 이동블럭을 상기 롤의 길이 방향으로 이동되시키는 와이어를 포함하는 좌우이송 조절부; 상기 이동블럭에 장착된 실린더와, 이 실린더에 의해 입출되면서 연결로드를 상기 롤에 스크래퍼가 선택적으로 접촉되는 방향으로 이동시키는 푸쉬풀로드를 포함하는 스크래퍼 조정부; 상기 연결로드의 하단부에 장착된 지지바 및 이 지지바의 하단부에 장착되면서 롤에 선택적으로 접촉되는 스크래퍼를 포함하는 스크래퍼 지지부; 가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금의 싱크롤과 스테빌라이징롤용 스크래핑 시스템.
