Claims (11)
- 3개의 광섬유(110);은 재질에 의해 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 3개의 광섬유(110)와 함께 거동하도록 상기 3개의 광섬유(110)의 외면을 둘러 장착되는 금속성 보호재(120);상기 금속성 보호재(120)와 함께 거동하도록 상기 금속성 보호재(120)의 외면을 둘러 장착되는 코팅재(130);를 포함하고,상기 금속성 보호재(120)는 굽힘 발생시에도 일정한 형상의 단면을 유지하도록 금속사에 의한 편조 구조로서 장착되며,상기 금속성 보호재(120)의 외면에는 마찰력 증대구조가 형성되고,상기 코팅재(130)는 유연성 재질이고, 200℃ 이상의 고온에 대하여 저항할 수 있는 내열성 재질이며, 실리콘, 테프론으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 재질에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 센서(100).
