Claims (3)
- 철재로 된 선박 벽체면을 도장 및 세척하는 선박용 대차에 있어서,양측 상부로 레일(110)이 형성된 직사각 형태의 프레임(100)과,원형 자석(212)이 부착된 자석바퀴(210)와 상기 자석바퀴(210)를 구동시키는 모터(220) 및 자석바퀴(210)와 모터(220)를 연계하는 풀리(230)와 상기 자석바퀴(210)를 유연하게 구동시키는 완충구(240)로 구성되는 구동부(200)와,상기 프레임(100)의 전·후면에 결합되되, 철재로 이루어진 지지부재(320)와 자석(330)을 순차적으로 내부에 포함하는 홀더(310)로 구성되어 대차의 부착력을 증대시키는 지지부(300)와,상기 레일(110)상에 양단부가 결합되어 수평운동하는 가이드 프레임(410)과, 분사구가 대차의 후면을 향하여 회전 가능하도록 형성되되 분사액을 분사하는 스프레이건(430)과, 스프레이건(430)을 가이드 프레임(410)에 회전 가능하도록 결합시키는 실린더(420)로 구성된 스프레이부(400)로 구성되어 대차의 훼손없이 자유조향이 가능하여 어느 곳이라도 균일한 작업이 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 선박용 대차.
- 제 1항에 있어서,자석바퀴(210)는 다수개의 통공이 형성된 홀더(211)와 상기 홀더(211)에 결 속되는 통공에 상응하는 크기를 가지는 다수개의 자석(212)과, 상기 홀더(211)의 양측에 결합되되 상기 자석(212)과 마주하는 위치에 다수개의 홈이 형성된 케이싱(213)과, 상기 한 쌍의 케이싱(213)의 외측면에 결합되되 주행시 접지되는 원주면이 우레탄으로 형성된 우레탄 구(213)가 양측으로 결합되어 주행시 지지면과의 접지력을 높임을 특징으로 하는 자석을 이용한 선박용 대차.
- 제 1항에 있어서,지지부(300)는 자성을 띄지 않는 비자성체로 형성되어 바닥면에 지지되는 홀더(310)와, 상기 홀더 내부에 결속되되, 바닥지지면과 일정한 이격거리를 두도록 위치되는 자석(330)과, 상기 자석(330)의 자기력이 증대되도록 자석(330)의 상부에 위치되는 철재로 이루어진 지지부재(320)로 구성되어 바닥 지지면과의 부착력이 일층 배가되어 안전한 작업이 수행되도록 하는 자석을 이용한 선박용 대차.
