Claims (2)
- 침투액을 분사시키고 로봇아암(1)에 설치되는 분사기구(2)와, 상기 분사기구(2)를 제어하는 에어실린더제어기구(3)와, 그리고 상기 로봇아암(1), 상기 분사기구(2), 및 상기 에어실린더제어기구(3)를 전체적으로 제어하고 디스플레이시키는 워크스테이션(4)을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 분사기구(2)는 고정플레이트(21)의 브라켓(23)에 침투액저장용기(20)가 설치되고 그 상부로서 고정플레이트(21)엔 침투액의 배출을 제어하는 에어실린더(22)가 설치되며 상기 침투액저장용기(20)와 인접한 위치로서 고정플레이트(21)엔 탄성지지기구(24)의 상부에 설치되는 스폰지기구(26)가 마련되며 상기 침투액저장용기(20)와 상기 스폰지기구(26)의 사이엔 별도의 이송관(28)이 설치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기발생기 전열관 용접부의 액체침투탐상검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분사기구(2)는 상기 로봇아암(1)에 마련된 설치부에 상기 분사기구(2)의 설치부(2a)를 결합 설치하고,상기 분사기구(2)의 탄성지지기구(24)는 내부에 스프링(24a)이 설치되어 스폰지설치부(24b)의 상부에 설치된 스폰지기구(26)가 상,하 방향으로 탄성적으로 여유있게 움직일 수 있게 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기발생기 전열 관 용접부의 액체침투탐상검사장치.
