Claims (3)
- 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 3차원 프로브에 있어서, 상기 트랜스듀서는상기 트랜스듀서의 진동을 억제시키기 위한 흡입층(Backing Layer);상기 흡입층 상에 형성되고, 압전 특성을 이용하여 초음파를 송신 및 수신하기 위한 세라믹 소자; 및상기 세라믹 소자 상에 형성되고, 상기 트랜스듀서의 임피던스와 피검체의 임피던스를 정합시키기 위한 제1 및 제2 결합층(Matching Layer)을 포함하되,상기 트랜스듀서는 피검체를 향하여 오목한 형태를 갖는 3차원 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 결합층 상에 적층되고, 상기 제2 결합층으로의 이물질 침투를 방지하기 위한 제3 결합층을 더 포함하는 3차원 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 결합층 상에 적층되고, 상기 제2 결합층으로의 이물질 침투를 방지하기 위한 코팅층을 더 포함하는 3차원 프로브.
