Claims (5)
- 카로셀과, 수평셀을 동시에 사용하는 전기도금 방법에 있어서,상기 수평셀에서 아연(Zn)도금할 때, 다수개의 상기 카로셀을 지나는 동안 스트립을 일부의 상기 카로셀 내에 배치된 전도롤에 대하여 바이패스시키고, 상기 카로셀의 상부에 배치된 굴절롤 위로 상기 스트립을 통과시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기도금 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스트립은 상기 수평셀에 인접한 카로셀의 전도롤에만 통과시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기도금 방법.
- 카로셀과 수평셀을 동시에 사용하는 전기도금 장치에 있어서,상기 수평셀에서 아연(Zn)도금할 때, 다수개 중 일부의 상기 카로셀의 전도롤에 대하여 스트립을 바이패스시킨 상태에서 상기 카로셀의 상부에 배치된 다수개의 굴절롤 중 적어도 어느 하나의 하부에 실린더를 설치하여 상기 굴절롤을 승강시키며, 상기 카로셀의 상부에 배치된 굴절롤 중 상기 실린더가 설치되지 않은 굴절롤 상부에는 자석이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기도금 장치.
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스트립은 상기 수평셀에 인접한 카로셀의 전도롤에만 통과되도록 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기도금 장치.
