Claims (2)
- 파이프 상에 설치되는 밸브체의 개폐를 통해 유체의 흐름을 제어하기 위한 전자 밸브용 액추에이터에 있어서,상기 밸브체의 상부에 고정 설치되면서 하부 중심을 통해 밸브체의 밸브와 연결된 레버를 결합하도록 형성된 하우징;상기 하우징 상부에 밀폐된 공간을 구획하면서 하부에 상기 레버가 결합된 상태로 승강 가능하도록 형성된 피스톤;상기 피스톤의 하부에 설치되어 하우징 바닥으로부터 피스톤을 지지하도록 형성된 스프링;상기 피스톤 하부의 일측에 설치된 상태에서 상기 피스톤에 의해 구획된 하부 공간의 유체를 상부 공간으로 공급하여 그 유압으로 피스톤을 하강시키도록 형성된 유압 펌프; 및상기 피트톤 하부의 다른 일측에 설치된 상태에서 상기 구획된 상부 공간의 유체를 하부 공간으로 순환시켜 피스톤이 상승하도록 형성된 솔레노이드 밸브;가 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브용 액추에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체에 설치된 센서와 상기 센서를 통해 계측된 데이타에 의해 상기 유압 펌프의 작동을 정밀하게 제어하기 위한 중앙처리장치 및 상기 센서에 의해 계측된 데이터와 중앙처리장치에 의해 제어되는 상태를 디지털 방식으로 표시하기 위한 디스플레이 패널이 포함된 오토 셋팅이 가능한 스마트 회로기판(PCB)이 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브용 액추에이터.
