Claims (4)
- 일측에 모터가 결합하는 플라이휠과, 플라이휠의 일측과 연결되어 동력을 전달하는 인터페이스 링과, 인터페이스 링과 결합하는 디스크 플레이트와, 디스크 플레이트와 결합하는 서브 플레이트와, 디스크 플레이트 및 서브 플레이트 사이에 수용되어 탄성수단에 의해 디스크 플레이트 및 서브 플레이트로부터 토크를 전달받는 허브 플레이트로 이루어진 하이브리드 차량의 클러치 디스크 어셈블리에 있어서,환형의 평판형상으로 중앙에 관통구멍이 형성되며, 원주는 인터페이스 링과 접하며 관통구멍의 원주는 서브 플레이트와 접하여, 부품의 마모 및 마찰에 따라 발생하는 철 및 녹가루를 차단하여 모터에서 방전이 일어나는 것을 방지하도록 플라이휠의 타측에서 밀봉을 형성하는 파우더 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우더 캡을 구비한 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파우더 캡은, 원주 방향으로 치우쳐서 형성되어 스토퍼 핀을 배치하는 평면부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우더 캡을 구비한 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서,원주는 인터페이스 링과 밀봉을 형성하는 제1 저면부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우더 캡을 구비한 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서,관통구멍의 원주는 서브 플레이트와 밀봉을 형성하는 제2 저면부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우더 캡을 구비한 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
