Claims (2)
- 탄소(C) 0.20∼0.30중량%, 실리콘(Si) 0.40∼0.60중량%, 망간(Mn) 1.00∼1.60중량%, 인(P) 0.030중량% 이하, 황(S) 0.010∼0.050중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) 0.005∼0.050중량%, 크롬(Cr) 0.10∼0.15중량%, 티타늄(Ti) 0.005∼0.050중량%, 구리(Cu) 0.20∼0.30중량%, 보론(B) 0.0005∼0.0050중량%, 칼슘(Ca) 0.0005∼0.0020중량% 및 철(Fe)로 이루어진 잔량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조강.
- 탄소(C) 0.20∼0.30중량%, 실리콘(Si) 0.40∼0.60중량%, 망간(Mn) 1.00∼1.60중량%, 인(P) 0.030중량% 이하, 황(S) 0.010∼0.050중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) 0.005∼0.050중량%, 크롬(Cr) 0.10∼0.15중량%, 티타늄(Ti) 0.005∼0.050중량%, 구리(Cu) 0.20∼0.30중량%, 보론(B) 0.0005∼0.0050중량%, 칼슘(Ca) 0.0005∼0.0020중량% 및 철(Fe)로 이루어진 잔량부를 포함하는 소재를 가열하여, 950℃에서 10초 동안 고주파 담금질(quenching)을 실시하는 단계와;수냉후 재가열하여, 700℃에서 10초동안 고온 뜨임(tempering)을 실시하는 단계와;수냉후 냉간단조를 실시하는 단계; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간단조강 제조 방법.
