Description
Claims (12)
- 빵 제품을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은,(1) 빵 제품을 굽는 단계,(2) 상기 빵 제품을 동결시키는 단계 및,(3) 상기 빵 제품에 구멍을 뚫거나 드릴하는 단계를 포함하는 빵 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 구멍을 뚫거나 드릴하는 것은 상기 빵 제품에 막다른 구멍을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구멍을 뚫거나 드릴하기 전에 상기 빵 제품의 단부를 각이 지도록 잘라내는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 빵 제품은 상기 빵 제품을 동결하는 단계의 전 또는 후에 각이 지도록 잘려진 단부를 구비하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 빵 제품은 적어도 하나 이상의 단부가 실질적으로 평면을 제공하도록 구워지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 빵 제품을 동결하는 단계는 빵 제품을 전체적으로 동결하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 빵 제품을 동결하는 단계는 빵 제품을 부분적으로 동결하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 빵 제품은 롤, 덩어리, 스틱형 빵, 소형롤빵(bun), 바게트 중 하나인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 빵 제품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 빵 제품은 롤, 덩어리, 스틱형 빵, 소형롤빵, 바게트 중 하나인 빵 제품.
