Abstract

본 발명은 지게차용 카울 커버에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지게차용 카울 커버에 있어서, 본체 커버와; 상기 본체 커버의 양측단 내주면에 각 내측단의 외주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 연결부와; 상기 각 연결부 외측단의 외주면에 각 내주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 보조 커버를 포함하여 구성된다. 이러한 본 발명은 지게차 운전실 내부의 전폭에 따라 매번 새로운 카울 커버를 제작하지 않아도 되어 지게차의 제조원가를 저감시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

본 발명은 지게차용 카울 커버에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 카울 커버를 구성하는 본체 커버의 양측에 연결부를 형성하여 이에 안착된 좌측 커버 및 우측 커버가 지게차 내부의 전폭에 맞게 조절 될 수 있도록 한 지게차용 카울 커버에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 지게차의 운전실 내부 전면에는 각종 기계류가 장착되는 카울 커 버(COWL COVER)가 설치되고, 카울 커버에는 조향펌프 및 조향핸들을 포함하는 콘솔이 설치된다. 상기 조향펌프는 콘솔의 상부에 제공되는 조향핸들에 연결되어 이 조향핸들의 회전방향에 따라 압유의 공급경로를 전환하여 차량의 조향을 수행하게 된다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 카울 커버에 관련된 것으로서, 카울 커버는 지게차 내부 전면부에 장착되기 전에, 각각의 지게차 내부 전폭에 맞추어 사출성형 또는 진공성형 등의 방법으로 작업장에서 제작된다.
그러나, 이와 같은 종래의 카울 커버는 지게차의 각 기종별로 내부 전폭에 맞추어 서로 다른 사출용 금형 또는 진공 성형용 금형을 제작해야 되므로 지게차의 각 기종별로 호환되지 않는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 바와 같은 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 감안하여 이를 해결하고자 창출된 것으로, 카울 커버를 구성하는 본체 커버의 양측에 연결부를 형성하여 이에 안착된 좌측 커버 및 우측 커버가 지게차 내부의 전폭에 맞게 조절 될 수 있도록 한 지게차용 카울 커버를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 상술한 목적은, 지게차용 카울 커버에 있어서, 본체 커버와; 상기 본체 커버의 양측단 내주면에 각 내측단의 외주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 연결부와; 상기 각 연결부 외측단의 외주면에 각 내주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 보조 커버를 포함하여 구성함에 의해 달성된다.
이하에서는, 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 일 실시예를 첨부도면에 의거하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 의한 지게차용 카울 커버의 분해 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명에 의한 지게차용 카울 커버를 축소시킨 것을 도시한 사시도이며, 도 3의 도 2의 A-A'선에 따른 단면도이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 의한 지게차용 카울 커버를 연장시킨 것을 도시한 사시도이다.
도 1 내지 도 4에 의하면 본 발명에 의한 지게차용 카울 커버는 본체 커버 (10), 연결부(20), 보조 커버(30)로 이루어진다.
본체 커버(10)는 지게차 운전실 내부 전면 중간부에 설치되는 것으로, 스티어링 휠(W)의 컬럼이 삽입되어 지지되고 이의 일측에 시동키가 삽입되는 홀이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
연결부(20)는 본체 커버(10)의 양측단 내주면에 각 내측단의 외주면이 끼워맞춤되어 내외측으로 연장 및 축소가 된다.
보조 커버(30)는 상기 각 연결부(20) 외측단의 외주면에 각 내주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 것으로 간단한 수납공간 및 레버(L) 등이 지지되도록 형성됨이 바람직하다.
이와 같은 지게차용 카울 커버는 작업자에 의해 지게차의 운전실 내부로 이송되고, 내부 전폭에 맞추어 연결부(20) 및 보조 커버(30)를 대칭적으로 연장 및 수축시킨 후 고정시킨다.
이상에서는, 본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 대해서 도시하고 설명하였 다. 그러나, 본 발명은 상술한 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니며, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 지게차의 전폭에 따라 보조 커버(30') 하나만을 본체 커버(10')에 연결부(20')로 연결하여 사용할 수 있게끔 형성할 수도 있다. 또한 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경실시할 수 있을 것이다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 지게차 운전실 내부의 전폭에 따라 매번 새로운 카울 커버를 제작하지 않아도 되어 지게차의 제조원가를 저감시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

  1. 지게차용 카울 커버에 있어서,
    본체 커버(10)와;
    상기 본체 커버(10)의 양측단 내주면에 각 내측단의 외주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 연결부(20)와;
    상기 각 연결부(20) 외측단의 외주면에 각 내주면이 끼워맞춤되어 연장 및 축소되는 보조 커버(30)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지게차용 카울 커버.
