Claims (7)
- 미네랄이 제거된 데미워터(demineralized water)를 상온에서 저장하는 저온데미탱크;상기 저온데미탱크에 저장된 저온데미워터를 냉연강판 제조설비에 공급하는 저온데미공급관;65~80℃로 승온된 데미워터를 저장하는 고온데미탱크; 및상기 고온데미탱크에 저장된 고온데미워터를 냉연강판 제조설비에 공급하는 고온데미공급관;을 포함하며,상기 고온데미워터는 상기 저온데미워터가 승온되어 형성되는 것으로, 상기 저온데미워터의 승온은 냉연아연도금복합설비(H-CVGL) 또는 용융아연도금설비(CGL)에 형성된 가스젯쿨링부에서 열교환을 통한 폐열의 흡수에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온데미워터는 가스젯쿨링부에서 열교환하여 65~80℃로 승온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스젯쿨링부는 데미워터 또는 냉각수를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저온데미공급관은 냉연아연도금복합설비(H-CVGL), 용융아연도금설비(CGL), 산세용융아연도금설비(PGL), 착색도장설비(CCL) 및 전해청정설비(ECL) 중 어느 하나 이상의 설비의 냉각설비로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온데미공급관은 냉연아연도금복합설비(H-CVGL), 용융아연도금설비(CGL), 산세용융아연도금설비(PGL), 착색도장설비(CCL) 및 전해청정설비(ECL) 중 어느 하나 이상의 설비의 전처리부로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고온데미탱크에 저장되는 고온데미워터를 승온하기 위한 별도의 보조보일러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 설비의 폐열 회수 시스템.
