- 1)폐콘크리트 슬러지 10~50중량%, 배합수 및 고성능감수제 1~5중량%를 1차 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;2)상기 1)단계의 슬러리에 소석회 1~10중량%, 무수석고 1~10중량%, 1종 보통시멘트 40~70중량% 및 알루미나시멘트 1~10중량%를 투입하여 재료가 골고루 분산되도록 혼합하는 단계;3)기포제가 혼합된 물을 기포발생기에 첨가하여 생성된 기포를 상기 2)단계의 슬러리에 투입하여 2차 혼합을 하는 단계; 및4)상기 3)단계의 기포를 포함한 슬러리를 타설하여 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐콘크리트 슬러지를 이용한 수열합성반응 경량기포콘크리트의 제조방법에 있어서,1)단계 및 2)단계의 CaO/SiO2 몰비는 2.5이고, 3)단계의 기포혼입률은 25~75% 임을 특징으로 하는 폐콘크리트 슬러지를 이용한 수열합성반응 경량기포콘크리트의 제조방법.
