Abstract
Description
보통 실험실에서 사용되는 일반 초자를 만드는 재료는 전통적으로 유리를 사용하였다. 사용되는 유리는 실험자가 용기를 열로 가열할 경우가 있어 열에 안전한 강화 유리를 사용하는 것이 일반적이다.
첫째 방법은, 동일한 용적의 코니칼 튜브인 경우, 단위 직경을 줄여 전체적으로 길이를 늘리게 되면 그 바깥 면에 표시되는 1mL의 표시 폭도 넓어지게 되어 사용자가 튜브 내의 액체 용량을 측정할 때 눈금을 정확하게 읽을 수 있어 오차를 줄일 수 있었다. 그러나 이 방법은 튜브의 단위직경을 줄일 경우 사용자가 튜브 내로 용액을 넣는데 불편하고, 상기의 오차를 줄일 수 있을 정도의 효과를 갖게 하기 위하여는 일반 초자의 길이보다 30% 이상 길게 제작하여야 하고, 통상 유리 소재인 초자는 제품의 운반 또는 실험실 조작에 쉽게 깨지는 단점이 발생하였다. 따라서 첫째 방법은 초자의 두께를 얇게 할 수 있는 소재를 선택하여 보완할 필요성이 있었다.
따라서, 용량을 측정하고자 하는 0.5 내지 1.5mL의 눈금만 직경이 좁아지는 상기 코니칼 튜브(2) 몸체 하단부와 공간부(3)의 연결부위에 표시되어 있어, 전체적으로 길이를 길게 하지 않고 작게 하면서도 0.5 내지 1.5mL의 눈금 부위의 눈금 간격이 넓어 상기 용량을 정확하게 측정할 수 있게 된다.

- 일정한 용적을 갖는 초자에 있어서,원통형 코니칼 튜브 몸체의 하단부에 0.5 내지 1.5mL의 일정한 용적을 갖는 공간부를 형성시켜, 직경이 좁아지는 원통형 상기 코니칼 튜브 몸체와 공간부의 연결부위 상에 상기 용적 범위 내의 부피 중 어느 일정한 부피를 측정할 수 있는 눈금부터 새겨진 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 코니칼 튜브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,용량 코니칼 튜브 하단에 형성시킨 공간부는 그 형태가 둥근 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 코니칼 튜브.
