Claims (5)
- 측정값을 표시하는 컨트롤러(10)에 측정값을 전송하는 송신부(20)가 결합되는 지지부(30)가 형성되며, 지지부(30)에 체결되는 셀블록부(40)가 형성되고, 셀블록부(40)의 내측공간으로 시료수가 유입 및 유동 될 때 적외선을 발광 후 수광하여 시료수의 부유물질을 측정하는 센서부(50)가 형성되며, 센서부(50)에 침착되어진 이물질을 제거하기 위한 와이퍼 형태의 세정부(60)로 이루어진 온라인 부유물질 측정기에 있어서,상기 셀블록부(40)는 시료수가 유입되지 않고 흘러 지나갈 수 있도록 설치면(41)이 평탄하게 형성되며;상기 센서부(50)는 셀블록부(40)의 설치면(41)에 시료수에 접촉하도록 노출형으로 형성되고;상기 세정부(60)를 보호할 수 있는 보호블록(70)이 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 센서부(50)는 발광센서(51)나 수광센서(52)가 각각 삽입 결합되는 센서하우징(53)과,센서하우징(53)을 셀블록부(40)에 결합시키기 위한 결합수단(54,55)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 결합수단(54)은 볼트를 이용하는 볼트(54a) 체결방식으로 이루어지며,상기 결합수단(55)은 센서하우징(53)에 마그네틱판(55a)이 부착되어 셀블럭부(40)에 자성력을 이용하여 결합되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 보호블록(70)은 세정부(60)가 가이드 되도록 하는 원호형상의 가이드면(71)이 형성된 양측으로 세정부(60)를 세정하는 보조세정수단(72)이 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 보조세정수단(72)은 브러쉬 형태의 보조조세정와이퍼(72a)와, 고압의 물이나 압축공기를 분사하는 분사세정기(72b)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
