Claims (3)
- 시료수의 탁도를 측정하는 탁도 측정기에 있어서,공급펌프(11)에 의해 공급되는 정수장의 시료수가 레귤레이터(12)를 거쳐 정량, 정속의 상태로 공급관(13)을 통해 공급되어지는 공급부(10)와,공급부(10)의 공급관(13)에 연결되어 시료수가 담겨지는 수용공간(21a)이 형성된 기포제거캡(21)이 형성되며, 수용공간(21a)의 내부에 결합되는 오버플로어관(22)에 의해 기포가 제거된 상태로 측정을 위한 시료수를 공급하는 기포제거부(20)와,기포제거부(20)에 결합되어 기포가 제거된 시료수가 충진되는 측정공간(31a)에 연통되어 넘치는 시료수가 정수장으로 회수되도록 하는 회수관(31b)이 연결되는 배수홀(31c)이 형성되며, 배수홀(31c)의 반대편 및 90°로 접하는 직교편에 측정공간(31a)에 연통된 한 쌍의 센서홀(31d)이 형성된 셀블록(31)이 형성되고, 측정공간(31a)의 상부를 폐쇄하는 덮개(32)로 이루어진 셀블록부(30)와,셀블록부(30)의 센서홀(31d)에 각각 결합되며, 측정공간(31a)에 접하는 끝단에는 렌즈(41)가 결합되는 렌즈홀(42a)이 형성되는 한편, 적외선을 발광 및 수광하는 발광,수광LED램프(43,44)가 결합되는 램프홀(42b)이 렌즈홀(42a)의 반대편으로 연통되어진 센서캡(42)이 형성되며, 센서캡(42)의 외측 끝단에는 커넥터캡(45)으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 센서부(40)와,센서부(40)의 커넥터캡(45)에 연결되어 측정된 신호값을 증폭, 변환하는 증폭기(50)의 신호를 전달받아 디지털 방식으로 처리하는 컨트롤러(60)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 탁도 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 오버플로어관(22)의 상부 끝단은 내측을 기준으로 외측으로 진행할수록 하부로 경사진 경사면(22a)이 형성되어 넘치는 시료수를 유도되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 탁도 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 셀블록부(30)의 측정공간(31a)은 직육면체의 형태로 그 일면이 센서홀(31d)과 접하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 탁도 측정기.
