Claims (3)
- 시료수의 부유물질을 측정한 전기적신호를 무선방식으로 수신받아 측정데이타에 대한 값을 디스플레이하고 제어하는 컨트롤러(10)와;컨트롤러(10)에 무선방식으로 전기적신호를 송신하며, 사각형상의 상부케이스(21)의 하부로 위치되는 송신기능이 구비된 피씨비기판(22)에 안테나(23)가 연결되며, 안테나(23)가 형성된 반대편에는 나선결합을 위한 원통홀더(24a)가 하부로 돌출되어진 하부케이스(24)로 형성된 송신부(20)와;송신부(20)의 원통홀더(24a)에 체결되며, 고정을 위해 설치된 고정플레이트(200)에 끼움 결합되는 지지홀더(31)가 형성되고, 지지홀더(31)의 하부로 나선 체결되는 지지파이프(32)로 형성된 지지부(30)와;지지부(30)의 지지파이프(32)에 결합되는 결합판(41,51)이 형성되며, 결합판(41,51)의 하부로 결합되어지는 몸체캡(42,52)이 형성되고, 몸체캡(42,52)의 하부로 나사선방식으로 결합되는 원통형상이되, 하부 일부분이 시료수의 유입 및 유동을 위해 중앙이 절단되어진 유동공간(43a,53a)을 기준으로 센서홀(43b,53b)이 각각 형성된 한 쌍의 셀블록편(43c,53c)이 마주보게 형성된 셀블록(43,53)으로 이루어지는 셀블록부(40,50)와,셀블록(43,53)의 한 쌍의 센서홀(43b,53b) 중 하나에 내측을 기준으로 렌즈(61), 센서캡(62), 발광LED램프(63)가 순차적으로 삽입결합되며, 다른 센서홀(43b,53b)에 렌즈(61), 센서캡(62), 수광LED램프(64)가 순차적으로 결합되는 센서부(60)와,컨트롤러(10)에 연결되어 제어작동되며, 셀블록부(40,50)의 유동공간(43a,53a)의 상부측에 위치되는 스파이럴 노즐(71)로 이루어진 세정부(70)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 셀블록부(50)의 하나의 셀블록편(53c)은 셀블록(53)의 중심을 기준으로 45°경사지게 절단된 경사면(53d)에 센서홀(53b)이 형성되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 세정부(70)는 외부로부터 공급되는 세정액을 스파이럴 노즐(71)에 의해 나선 형상으로 분사시켜 렌즈(61)의 표면을 세정하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 부유물질 측정기.
