Claims (7)
- 비정질 실리카의 물 분산액을 콘크리트로 된 피도포체에 도포하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계;알루미나 시멘트와 세노스피어 수계 에멀젼의 혼합물을 상기 방수층 위에 도포하여 보수층을 형성하는 단계;반응기를 갖는 오르가노알콕시실란, 반응형 합성수지, 무기물 및 충전제를 유기용매에 첨가하고 혼합하여 도막 형성 도장재를 준비하고, 상기 도막 형성 도장재를 상기 보수층에 도포하고 건조시켜 제1 도막을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 도막 형성 도장재에 내오염 성분을 혼합하여 내오염성 도막 형성 도장재를 준비하고, 이를 상기 제1 도막 위에 도포하고 건조시켜 제2 도막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 표면처리공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 비닐기, 에폭시기, 아미노기 및 메타크릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 표면처리공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응형 합성수지는 에폭시 수지, 우레탄 수지 및 아크릴 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고, 상기 무기물은 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 수산화물 및 금속 실리케이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 표면처리공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기를 갖는 오르가노알콕시실란, 반응형 합성수지, 무기물 및 충전제의 함량은 각각 20 내지 80 중량부, 10 내지 25 중량부, 10 내지 40 중량부 및 5 내지 35 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 표면처리공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도막을 형성하기 전에 상기 제1 도막의 형성 단계를 1회 더 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 표면처리공법.
