Claims (11)
- 잉크를 토출하도록 사용되는 에너지를 생성하기 위한 에너지 생성 요소와, 에너지 생성 요소를 지지하는 지지 부재와, 에너지 생성 요소에 대응하게 형성된 잉크 토출 오리피스와 연통하는 잉크 챔버를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법이며,제거 가능한 돌출부를 갖는 기재를 제공하는 단계와,상기 돌출부의 측벽을 따라 에너지 생성 요소를 형성하는 단계와,상기 에너지 생성 요소 상에 지지 부재를 형성하는 단계와,적어도 상기 돌출부를 상기 기재로부터 제거함으로써 잉크 챔버를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재를 제공하는 단계는 돌출부 형성 단계를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부 형성 단계는 결정 이방성 에칭, 습식 에칭 또는 건식 에칭을 사용하여 기재의 일부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부는 실리콘 산화물, 금속 합성물, 포토 레지스트 또는 감광성 폴리머로 형성되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부는 돌출부가 형성되는 표면으로의 영각(an angle of attack)을 이루는 경사면을 갖고, 상기 에너지 생성 요소는 경사면을 따라 형성되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부 형성 단계는 제거 가능한 돌출부를 기재 상에 형성하는 단계와, 상기 돌출부의 외부면을 따라 희생층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 희생층은 희생층을 둘러싸는 일부를 형성하는 물질보다 빨리 에칭되는 물질로 형성되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절연 물질로 형성되는 절연층이 상기 돌출부의 표면 상에 형성되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다른 절연층이 상기 돌출부의 표면 상의 상기 절연층 상에 형성된 상기 에너지 생성 요소 상에 형성되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 생성 요소는 발열 저항기인 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재는 잉크 토출 오리피스를 형성하는 오리피스 플레이트인 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 챔버를 형성하는 단계는 돌출부를 제거하고 잉크 챔버와 연통하는 잉크 통로의 벽을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
