Claims (3)
- 삭제
- 대구경 말뚝 주변을 소형 천공장비로 천공하여 S.G.R 그라우팅하고 차수벽을 만들어 지하수위를 차단하는 제1단계;철거한 승강장바닥 하부에 이동 가능하도록 바퀴가 구비되어 별도로 맞춤 제작된 호이스트가 이동할 때 구조적으로 안전하도록 바닥에 콘크리트를 타설하는 제2단계;대구경 말뚝 터파기시 토사가 붕괴되지 않도록 굴착공간에 철제거푸집을 설치하고 중간에 안전을 위해 6미터 간격으로 원형빔을 설치하고, 3미터마다 유공판 거푸집을 설치하는 제3단계;소정의 깊이까지 굴착하면 소형 포크레인으로 버킷에 토사를 담은 다음 상기 호이스트를 이용하여 토사를 상부로 인양하고 컨베이어를 이용하여 토사를 외부로 반출하는 제4단계;일정의 깊이에 도달하면 공간이 밀폐됨에 따라 작업자들의 안전을 위하여 환기팬을 설치하고 유해가스 및 장비매연을 배출함과 동시에 지하수위 아래 작업시 양수기를 비치하여 물을 상부로 펌핑하는 제5단계;굴착공간에 철제거푸집을 설치하면서 터파기 작업이 완료되면 주간에 안전발판을 이용하여 철근배근을 완료하는 제6단계; 및철근배근이 완료되면 선로 외부에 펌프카를 설치하고 선로 하부에 압송배관을 설치하여 콘크리트를 타설하는 제7단계;를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 제1단계 내지 제7단계의 공정이 끝나면 상기 호이스트를 다른 공사지역으로 이동하여 제1단계 내지 제7단계를 반복함을 특징으로 하는 철도 승강장 기초파일 시공방법.
