- 계란의 상부 일정 부위를 수평으로 절단시켜 개구토록 한 후, 절단된 계란의 개구부를 통하여 내용물을 제거한 후, 내용물이 제거된 계란껍질 내부에 영양밥 재료를 넣은 상태에서 열을 가하거나 굽거나 찌는 방식으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 내용물이 제거된 계란껍질에 식초를 투입시켜 계란껍질 내면에 식초가 발라지도록 한 후, 영양밥 재료를 넣어 조리토록 함을 특징으로 하는 계란껍질 영양밥의 제조방법.
