- 표시 패널과, 상기 표시 패널을 구동하는 구동 회로와, 상기 표시 패널을 조광하는 조광 수단과, 상기 표시 패널에 조립되어 외광의 명암을 검지하는 광센서 및 제1 스위치 수단을 통하여 소정의 기준 전압이 충전되는 컨덴서를 갖는 광검출부와, 해당 광검출부의 검출치를 독취하는 광센서 독취부와, 상기 광센서 독취부의 출력에 의해 상기 조광 수단을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 광센서 독취부는 상기 구동 회로의 동작시에 발생하는 노이즈에 의해서 유발되는 상기 광검출부의 오검출을 회피하는 노이즈 회피 수단이 마련되어 있고,상기 노이즈 회피 수단은 상기 광검출부와 상기 광센서 독취부를 접속하는 제2 스위치 수단과, 해당 제2 스위치 수단을 제어하는 스위치 제어 수단을 갖고,상기 스위치 제어 수단은 상기 구동 회로가 상기 노이즈를 발생하지 않은 상태일 때에 상기 제2 스위치 수단을 온(on)하도록 제어하며,상기 표시 패널의 전극에는 로우 레벨 신호 및 하이 레벨 신호가 소정 주기로 번갈아 인가되어 있고,상기 스위치 제어 수단은, 상기 로우 레벨 신호 인가시에 상기 제1 스위치 수단을 온하여 상기 컨덴서에 상기 기준 전압을 충전한 경우에는, 상기 로우 레벨 신호의 인가 기간 중에 상기 제2 스위치 수단을 온하도록 제어하고, 상기 하이 레벨 신호 인가시에 상기 제1 스위치 수단을 온하여 상기 컨덴서에 기준 전압을 충전한 경우에는, 상기 하이 레벨 신호의 인가 기간 중에 상기 제2 스위치 수단을 온하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.

- 표시 패널과, 상기 표시 패널을 구동하는 구동 회로와, 상기 표시 패널을 조광하는 조광 수단과, 상기 표시 패널에 조립되어 외광의 명암을 검지하는 광센서 및 제1 스위치 수단을 통하여 소정의 기준 전압이 충전되는 컨덴서를 갖는 광검출부와, 해당 광검출부의 검출치를 독취하는 광센서 독취부와, 상기 광센서 독취부의 출력에 의해 상기 조광 수단을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 광센서 독취부는 상기 광검출부의 출력을 소정의 기준치와 비교하여 소정의 디지털 신호를 출력하는 제1 비교 회로와, 상기 제1 비교 회로로부터의 디지털 신호를 입력하여, 해당 디지털 신호가 소정 기간보다도 짧은 기간에 변화할 때는 해당 디지털 신호를 노이즈로 판단하여 무시하는 노이즈 캔슬(cancel) 회로를 갖고,상기 노이즈 캔슬 회로는 상기 제1 비교 회로로부터의 상기 디지털 신호를 소정 기간 지연시키는 지연 회로와, 상기 지연 회로로부터의 지연 디지털 신호와 상기 제1 비교 회로로부터의 비지연 디지털 신호를 비교하는 제2 비교 회로를 마련하고,상기 제2 비교 회로로부터는 상기 지연 디지털 신호와 상기 비지연 디지털 신호가 일치했을 때에 출력을 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 노이즈 캔슬 회로는 인에이블(enable) 회로를 갖고, 상기 인에이블 회로는 상기 구동 회로가 상기 노이즈를 발생하지 않은 상태일 때에 인에이블 신호를 발생시키고,상기 노이즈 캔슬 회로는 상기 인에이블 신호를 검지하고 있는 동안 출력을 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 광센서 독취부는 상기 광검출부의 출력선과 상기 표시 패널의 전극 사이에 형성되는 기생(寄生) 용량과 동일한 용량의 컨덴서를 마련하고, 상기 컨덴서에 상기 전극에 인가되는 신호와 역위상인 신호가 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
