Description
Claims (14)
- 촉매(7) 또는 필터(7)의 상류측의 배기 시스템 안으로 산화성 유체를 도입하기 위한 주입 노즐(8)로서,가열 요소(22) 및 축열기(18)를 포함하며, 축열기(18)가 가열 요소(22)에 의해 가열되고 이에 의해 저장된 열을 유체로 발산할 수 있는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)는 글로우 플러그(glow plug)인 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축열기(18)는 금속으로 이루어지는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)는 상기 축열기(18)의 내부에 배치되는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)와 상기 축열기(18) 사이에는 유체가 흘러 통과할 수 있는 간극이 마련되는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 축열기(18)는 가열 요소(22)를 향한 복수의 리브(20) 를 포함하는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축열기(18)가 수용되는 하우징(10)이 마련되며, 이 하우징(10)과 축열기(18) 사이에는 단열재(16)가 배치되는 것인 주입 노즐.
- 가열 요소(22) 및 축열기(18)를 구비한 주입 노즐(8)을 이용하여, 촉매(7) 또는 필터(7)의 상류측의 배기 시스템 안으로 산화성 유체를 도입하는 방법으로서,주입 공정 전에 가열 요소(22)를 작동시켜 축열기를 가열시키고 나서, 축열기(18)가 유체로 에너지를 방출하여 그 유체를 기화시킬 수 있도록 유체를 주입하는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)를, 주입 공정 전의 미리 정해진 시간에 작동시켜 주입 공정 중에 작동 상태로 유지하는 한편, 주입 공정의 완료 시에 중지시키는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)를, 주입 공정 전의 미리 정해진 시간에 작동시켜 주입 공정 중에 작동 상태로 유지하는 한편, 주입 공정의 완료 직전에 중지시키는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)를 주입 공정보다 20초 정도 전에 작동시키는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(22)를 작동 상태로 계속 유지하는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입 공정은 2초 내지 3초 정도 걸리는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주입 공정을, 2분 내지 4분 정도의 미리 정해진 시간 후에 반복하는 것인 산화성 유체의 도입 방법.
