Claims (3)
- 잉크젯 출력용 원단의 제조방법에 있어서,싸이징 가공하지 않은 경사와 교락가공된 위사로 원단을 제직하는 공정과;상기한 원단에 물과 잉크번짐방지제, 증백제, 청색염료로 구성된 친수성 잉크번짐방지용 용액을 써모졸 방식으로 가공하는 공정과;용제와 폴리우레탄, 아크릴릭코폴리머, 실리카, 경화제, 오일을 포함하는 잉크흡수제를 상기한 잉크번짐방지용 용액이 처리된 표면에 코팅하는 공정;으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써모졸 가공에 의한 잉크젯 출력용 원단의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 잉크번짐방지용 용액은 물 100중량부를 기준으로 잉크번짐방지제 0.01~5중량부, 증백제0.03~5중량부, 청색염료 0.03~5중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써모졸 가공에 의한 잉크젯 출력용 원단의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 잉크흡수제는 잉크흡수제 총중량을 기준으로 폴리우레탄수지 5~15중량%, 아크릴릭 코폴리머 20~40중량%, 실리카 5~15중량%, 경화제 0.1~5중량%, 용제 40~60중량%, 오일 1~10중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써모졸 가공에 의한 잉크젯 출력용 원단의 제조방법.
