- 여과지 상부에 설치되어 역 세척 시에 퇴수와 이물질을 외부로 배출하는 트러프(1)에 설치되어 상기 퇴수에 함유된 여과재를 회수하는 트러프 장치에 있어서,끝단이 상기 트러프(1)의 하부를 향하여 내림경사지게 상기 트러프(1)의 양측에 이격 설치되는 경사배플(2); 및상기 트러프(1)의 상방으로 마주보도록 경사지게 결합되어 상기 트러프(1)의 유입구(11)를 좁히는 상부판(31)과, 상기 상부판(31)에서 상기 경사배플(2)의 끝단을 향하여 하부로 연장형성되는 하부판(32)이 구비되는 경사웨어(3)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과재 손실 저감용 트러프 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 트러프(1)는바닥(12)과,상기 바닥(12)의 양측에서 상단부에 개방된 유입구를 형성하도록 상부로 연장형성되는 측벽(13)이 길게 연장 형성되고,상기 측벽(13)의 외측면(131)은 여과재가 미끄러져 하강되도록 경사면 또는 곡면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과재 손실 저감용 트러프 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에서,상기 경사배플(2)을 통과한 퇴수가 충돌하도록 상기 경사배플(2)의 상부에 이격되게 설치되는 중앙배플(4)이 이 더 포함되며, 상기 중앙배플(4)은 수직판(41)으로 형성되고, 상기 수직판(41)의 상단(411)은 상기 상부판(31)의 상단 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 여과재 손실 저감용 트러프 장치.
