Claims (10)
- 다수 롤러 외주면에 권취되어 연속적으로 회전하는 무한궤도와,액상폴리머를 상기 무한궤도 상면에 공급하는 폴리머공급수단과,상기 무한궤도 상면에 공급된 액상폴리머의 두께를 조절하는 두께조절수단과,두께가 조절된 액상폴리머를 건조하는 폴리머건조수단과,상기 폴리머건조수단에 의해 건조되어 형성된 초발수필름을 무한궤도로부터 분리하는 필름분리수단과,상기 초발수필름이 분리된 무한궤도의 외면을 세정하는 궤도세정수단과,세정된 무한궤도의 표면을 개질하는 표면개질수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도의 외면에는,도금처리와 플라즈마처리 중 하나 이상이 실시되어 거친면이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머건조수단은,상기 액상폴리머에 열을 가하거나, 유브이(UV)를 조사하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도세정수단은,상기 무한궤도의 외면에 잔류한 폴리머 성분의 이물질을 플라즈마 또는 용매로 세정하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면개질수단은,상기 무한궤도 상면에 대기압 하에서 플라즈마를 발생함을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머건조수단과 필름분리수단 사이에는,상기 액상폴리머가 친수성부재인 경우 플라즈마를 이용하여 초발수필름 일면에 소수성부재를 분사하는 소수부재분사수단이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치.
- 거친면이 형성된 무한궤도를 회전시켜 진행되도록 하는 무한궤도진행단계와,상기 무한궤도 상면에 액상폴리머를 공급하는 액상폴리머공급단계와,상기 무한궤도 상면에 공급된 액상폴리머의 두께를 조절하는 두께조절단계와,상기 두께조절단계에서 두께가 조절된 액상폴리머를 건조하는 액상폴리머건조단계와,상기 액상폴리머가 건조되어 형성된 초발수필름을 무한궤도로부터 분리하는 초발수필름분리단계와,상기 초발수필름이 분리된 무한궤도의 외면에 부착된 이물을 제거하는 무한궤도세정단계와,상기 무한궤도에 플라즈마를 발생시켜 표면을 개질하는 무한궤도표면개질단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치를 이용한 초발수필름 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 액상폴리머건조단계는,상기 액상폴리머에 열을 가하거나 유브이(UV)를 조사하여 액상폴리머를 경화하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치를 이용한 초발수필름 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 무한궤도세정단계는,상기 무한궤도에 플라즈마를 발생시키거나 용매에 상기 무한궤도를 통과시켜 이물을 제거하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치를 이용한 초발수필름 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 액상폴리머건조단계와 초발수필름분리단계 사이에는,상기 액상폴리머건조단계가 완료된 필름 일면에 대기압 하에서 플라즈마를 이용하여 소수성부재를 분사하는 필름소수화단계가 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 초발수필름 제조장치를 이용한 초발수필름 제조방법.
