Claims (2)
- 액정표시장치에서 어레이기판 및 CF 기판을 합착시키는 시일재의 일측이 개방된 상태로 이루어져 그 개방된 부분을 통하여 액정주입공정에서 상기 어레이기판 및 CF 기판의 사이에 액정을 주입시킬 수 있도록 하는 액정표시장치의 주입구 구조에 있어서,상기 시일재의 개방된 부분의 외측에 해당되는 상기 어레이기판 및 CF 기판의 대응면에는 각각 소정 높이의 밸리(Valley) 구조를 갖는 마름모 형상이 일정 간격으로 다수 개 배열되어 이루어진 정전기방지부가 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 각각의 마름모 형상은 상호 연결된 상태에서 공통전극과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 주입구 구조
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정전기방지부는 상기 어레이기판의 경우에 게이트(Gate) 및 기존의 메탈(Metal) 형성에 의한 제작 및 패터닝(patterning)에 의해 형성되는 한편, 상기 CF 기판의 경우에 BM 형성층에 의한 패터닝(patterning)의 Cr 또는 메탈(Metal) 관련 레이어(layer)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 주입구 구조.
