Claims (5)
- 에어 드롭 해머의 실린더 내부에 설치되어 왕복운동하는 피스톤;상기 피스톤의 외주면에 원주방향으로 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 피스톤 홈에 일측이 수용되고, 타측이 상기 실린더의 내벽에 접촉하여 상기 피스톤과 상기 실린더 사이에서 기밀작용을 하는 기밀링; 및상기 기밀링의 내측면에 원주방향으로 형성되는 요홈에 삽입되고, 상기 기밀링을 상기 실린더의 내벽 방향으로 가압하는 탄성링을 포함하되,상기 탄성링이 결합된 상기 기밀링의 요홈을 실리콘으로 마감처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 드롭 해머용 피스톤 어셈블리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기밀링은 합성수지 재질이고, 상기 탄성링은 금속재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 드롭 해머용 피스톤 어셈블리.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 기밀링과 상기 탄성링은 각각 일측이 절단되어, 외측으로 벌어질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 드롭 해머용 피스톤 어셈블리.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 피스톤의 상측면과 하측면에는 적어도 하나 이상의 공기유입공이 형성되고, 상기 피스톤 홈에는 상기 공기유입공과 각각 연통되는 공기유출공이 형성되어, 상기 공기유입공을 통해 유입된 공기가 상기 공기유출공을 통해 유출되면서 상기 탄성링을 외측 방향으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 드롭 해머용 피스톤 어셈블리.
