Claims (3)
- 내부에 통로가 형성되는 라이너(10)와, 상기 라이너(10)의 외주면 둘레에 형성되는 코팅제(20)와, 상기 라이너(10)의 내부의 통로에 삽입되어 유동되는 인너와이어(30)로 구성되되, 상기 라이너(10)의 외주면에 코팅제(20)가 부착되는 2중의 단면구조로 형성되는 차량용 케이블의 라이너 제조방법에 있어서,상기 라이너(10)를 압출기(100) 내부에 넣고, 상기 압출기(100)의 상부면에 형성된 호퍼(101)를 통해 코팅제(20)의 폴리부틸렌 텔레프탈레이트(PBT) 원료를 주입시키고, 상기 원료가 건조되도록 호퍼(101)의 내부 온도를 110 ~ 130℃로 유지하며, 상기 건조된 코팅제(20)의 원료를 압출기(100)의 내부에서 230 ~ 250℃의 고온으로 녹여 라이너(10)의 외주면에 코팅하되, 상기 라이너(10)의 외주면에 코팅된 코팅제(20)의 단면두께(t2)가 라이너(10)의 단면두께(t1)보다 2배 이상 두껍게 제조되도록 하는 압출단계(S100)와;상기 압출단계(S100)를 거쳐 코팅된 라이너(10)를 진공/냉각기(200)의 내부로 이송하여 52 ~ 58cmhg의 진공압력으로 코팅제(20) 내부에 형성된 기포 등의 이물질을 제거하고, 상기 냉각기(200)에 냉각수를 순환시켜 코팅제(20)를 응고시키는 진공/냉각 단계(S200)와;상기 진공/냉각 단계(S200)를 거친 라이너(10)를 인출기(300)에 의해 일측으로 이송시키는 인출 단계(S300)와;상기 인출 단계(S300)를 통해 이송된 라이너(10)를 57 ~ 63rpm의 회전속도를 가지는 권취기(400)에 의해 감아서 소정미터에 맞춰 절단하는 권취 단계(S400);를 통해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 케이블의 라이너 제조방법.
