Claims (3)
- 삭제
- 관통의 유로(11)를 갖는 밸브몸체(10)의 일측에 엑츄에이터(20)를 결합하고, 상기의 엑츄에이터(20)는 유로(11) 내의 돔형 개폐구(30)와 결합되어 상기 개폐구(30)의 회전에 따라 유로(11)가 개폐되게 하며, 상기 밸브몸체(10)의 선단에는 상부결합체(40)와 밸브시트(50)의 결합에 의한 신축밀폐구(60)를 결합하되,상기 개폐구(30)의 양측에는 엑츄에이터(20)와 결합되는 구동축(21)과 밸브몸체(10)에 결합된 회전축(21')의 단부가 각기 삽입되는 편차결합부(31)(31')를 형성하고, 상기 구동축(21)과 회전축(21')의 단부에는 편차결합부(31)(31')의 내측으로 삽입되는 편차돌기(22)(22')를 형성하여 구성된 분체이송설비용 라인 개폐밸브에 있어서,개폐구(30)는 편차결합부(31)(31')의 내면에 상,하 엇갈려 돌출된 걸림턱(32)(32')을 형성하고, 구동축(21)과 회전축(21')의 편차돌기(22)(22') 외면에는 상,하 엇갈려 돌출된 계지턱(23)(23')을 형성하여, 상기의 편차돌기(22)(22')가 회전됨에 따라 계지턱(23)(23')과 걸림턱(32)(32')이 계지된 상태로 개폐구(30)가 회전되게 하고, 개폐구(30)가 수직인 상태에서는 밸브몸체(10)로부터 유로(11)의 내측으로 돌출된 스토퍼(12)에 의해 회전이 억제되는 동시에 구동축(21)이 더욱 회전함에 따라 상기 계지턱(23)(23')과 걸림턱(32)(32')의 어긋남에 의해 상기 개폐구(30)가 상승되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 분체이송설비용 라인 개폐밸브.
