Claims (1)
- 복합층의 난방패널의 생산에 있어서, 생산라인에 배치된 작업대에 이동대(m)를 이동하면서 제1작업대(1)에서 방음방습재(A)와 단열재(B)가 적층되고 보호관(c)이 두부에 피복된 완충지주(d)가 일정한 평면 간격으로 배치된 것을 이동틀(m)위에 올려놓고 제2작업대에서 상기 단열재(B)위에 축열재 하판(P1)을 정렬 및 접착하며, 제3작업대(3)에서 상기 축열재 하판(P1)위에 열전도 강판(F)을 정렬 및 접착하며, 제4작업대(3)에서 상기 열전도 철판(F)위에 축열재 상판(P2)을 정렬 및 접착하고 제5작업대(5)에서 천공기(D)의 드릴에 의하여 리벳 못을 삽입하는 구멍(h)을 축열재 상판(P2)에서 열전도 강판(F)과 완중지주(d)의 두부에 캡형태로 결합된 금속제 보호관(c)의 상면으로 관통되게 천공하며, 제6작업대(6)에서는 상기 구멍(h)에 리벳못(v)을 삽입하고 제7작업대(7)에서는 리벳 못(v)을 리벳팅 기계(R)로 리벳팅하여 열전도 강판(F)에 천공된 구멍(h)과, 완충지주의 금속제 보호관(c)의 상면에 천공된 구멍(h)에 리벳 못(v)이 감합되어 복합층이 일체로 결합된 난방패널(P)을 완성하고 제8작업대(8)에서는 완성된 복합층의 난방패널(P)을 운반기구(T)에 의하여 운반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방패널의 생산방법.
