本发明提供一种采暖板块的制造方法,在生产线的第1工作台,在移动材料的移动架上层积防音材和隔热材,并排列按规定间隔插入的缓冲支柱;在第2工作台,在上述隔热材的上面排列并粘接蓄热材的下板;在第3工作台,在上述下板上面排列并粘接导热钢板;在第4工作台,在上述导热钢板上面排列并粘接蓄热材的上板;在第5工作台,用穿孔机穿设插入铆钉的孔,该孔贯通到预先排列在下层隔热材的缓冲支柱的保护管;在第6工作台,在所穿设的孔中插入铆钉;在第7工作台,使用铆钉机铆接缓冲支柱保护管和导热钢板,即可完成复合层结合为一体的采暖板块,在第8工作台,用搬运机构搬运完成的采暖板块。

采暖板块的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合层结合的采暖板块的制造方法。 
背景技术
以往,在采暖设备的施工现场,先层积防音防湿板块和多孔性合成树脂隔热材,然后在其上面配设热水管,最后用水泥砂浆完成。但是,由于是湿式施工,难以在冬季进行施工,而且在有限的施工期限内很难完成复杂的装饰等施工,另外,存在水泥砂浆的养生需要长时间,不但费人力,费用也高,熟练工缺乏等诸多问题。 
发明内容
以往,在采暖设备施工现场,由于依次施工防音防湿材、隔热材及蓄热材等,因此必须分别搬运每个材料,而且,若在蓄热层和导热钢板出现隙缝,则发生导热性不良导致采暖效果变低的问题。 
尤其,缺乏熟练工,存在不仅消耗时间长,工作效率也低,若期限内未能完成施工,将会影响其他工作等诸多问题。 
本发明的目的在于,提供一种将包括防音防湿材、隔热材、导热钢板的上下蓄热材铆接成一体,制造搬运及施工简便、并由复合层而成的采暖板块的复合层采暖板块的制造方法。 
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种在生产线并排的每个工作台上,分工进行各自所分配的工作,所以工作速度及效率高,并能有效地制造出批量复合层采暖板块的采暖板块的制造方法。 
本发明为达成上述目的而提出的,一种采暖板块的制造方法,在生产线上的第1工作台,在移动材料的移动架上预先层积防音防湿材和隔热材,并排列按规定平面间隔插入于隔热材的缓冲支柱;在第2工作台,在上述隔热材的上 面排列并粘接蓄热材的下板;在第3工作台,在上述蓄热材的下板上面排列并粘接具备凹槽的导热钢板;在第4工作台,在上述导热钢板的上面隔凹槽的间距排列并粘接蓄热材的上板;在第5工作台,用穿孔机的钻头穿设插入铆钉的孔,该孔从蓄热板经导热钢板贯通到预先配置在隔热材的缓冲支柱的保护管;在第6工作台,通过一人或多数人在所穿设的孔中插入铆钉;在第7工作台,利用铆钉机用铆钉铆接包括上述导热钢板和结合在隔热材的缓冲支柱的保护管,制造结合成复合层的采暖板块的成品;在第8工作台,用搬运机构搬运制造的复合层采暖板块。 
根据本发明,通过在每个工作台单向分工进行各材料的排列、粘接及铆接工作,在最后工作台上可以连续制造出复合层采暖板块。通过结合各工作台的分工操作,可以有效地制造出高品质的复合层采暖板块。 
本发明通过采暖板块生产线的多个工作台,分工进行采暖板块各材料的层积工作,结合各分工工作,则制造由复合层而成的采暖板块,在每个工作台上只进行指定的工作,所以,工作速度及效率高,能够有效地制造出批量高品质的采暖板块。 
根据本发明制造的复合层采暖板块,由于铆钉坚固地嵌合在导热钢板和结合在缓冲支柱的金属制保护管的上面,因此,在搬运及施工时,不会发生局部复合层剥离的现象。 
在施工现场不使用水泥砂浆或粘接剂,将采暖板块铺设在地面简单施工,配设热水管,最后用装饰材料进行施工,因此不是熟练工也可以施工,并且工时缩短,不影响其他工作。 
由于在施工现场不使用水泥砂浆或粘接剂等,因此在采暖施工后即可取暖,并无粘接剂的溶剂蒸发,因此不会发生环境污染,因采暖板块的复合层层间紧密粘接,所以,由热水管的蓄热和导热性良好可以提高取暖效果。

具体实施方式
如图3及图4所示,本发明的实施方式是制造复合层采暖板块(P)的方法,预先层积防音防湿材(A)和多孔性合成树脂形成的隔热材(B),将头部结合有盖状金属制保护管(c)的缓冲支柱(d)以预定的平面间隔配置在隔热层,并在具备用于配置热水管的槽(g)的导热钢板(F)的下面及上面粘接层积蓄热材的下板(P1)和上板(P2),然后将其层积在隔热材,接着,穿设插入铆钉的孔(h),该孔从蓄热材贯通到导热钢板(F)和结合在缓冲支柱(d)的头部的金属制保护管(c)的上面,将铆钉(v)插入在上述孔(h)后,用铆钉机进行铆接,从而铆钉(v)贯通穿设在导热钢板(F)的孔(h),接着上述铆钉(v)坚固地嵌合在穿设于结合在缓冲支柱(d)的头部的金属制保护管(c)的上面的孔,既可制造复合层采暖板块(P)。 
图1是表示通过配置在本发明的复合层的采暖板块(P)的生产线上的多个工作台进行单向工作流程的分工状态的例示图,图2是上述生产线的工作台的侧视图。 
如图1,在与第1工作台(1)不同的位置另外进行向材料喷涂粘接剂的工作。 
生产线的每个工作台上,移动架(m)连续有序地移动材料边进行工作。以下,省略移动架的移动说明。 
在第1工作台(1),预先在移动架(m)上层积防音防湿材(A)和隔热材(B),然后将在头部以盖状结合有金属制保护管(c)的多个缓冲支柱(d)以预定的平面间隔插入配置。 
在第2工作台(2),在上述隔热材(B)上面排列并粘接蓄热材的下板(P1)。 材料已涂有粘接剂,因此省略涂布粘接剂的说明。 
在第3工作台(3),在上述蓄热材的下板(P1)上面排列并粘接导热钢板(F)。从而,钢板被紧贴。 
在第4工作台(4),在上述导热钢板(F)上面排列并粘接蓄热材的上板(P2)。层积的蓄热材的上板(P2)与导热钢板(F)粘接。 
在第5工作台(5),利用穿孔机(D)穿设插入铆钉的孔(h),该孔从蓄热材的上板(P2)贯通到导热钢板(F)和以盖状结合在缓冲支柱(d)的头部的保护管(c)的上面。该孔的尺寸及平面上的排列间距预先由机械被设定为钻距,所以可以自动进行钻孔。该孔(h)不脱离导热钢板(F),而且,其位置与以预定间隔配置的缓冲支柱(d)的位置一致。 
在第6工作台(6),在所穿设的孔(h)中插入铆钉(v)。在孔中插入铆钉的工作比其他工作台更需要时间,因此,可以由一人或多数人维持前后工作台的工作速度的条件下进行工作。 
在第7工作台(7),利用铆钉机(R)压接插入于孔(h)中的铆钉(v)进行铆接。此时,铆钉(v)贯通穿设在高强度的导热钢板(F)的孔(h),然后,铆钉(V)嵌合在穿设于以盖状结合在缓冲支柱(d)的头部的金属制保护管(c)的上面的孔,从而完成复合层结合为一体的采暖板块。 
在第8工作台(8)通过搬运机构(T)搬运完成的复合层采暖板块(P)。 

Claims (1)

1.一种采暖板块的制造方法,在于制造复合层采暖板块,其特征在于,在配置于生产线上的工作台边移动移动架(m)边在第1工作台(1)层积防音防湿材(A)和隔热材(B),并在移动架(m)上放置按规定间隔配置的头部覆盖有保护管(c)的缓冲支柱(d);在第2工作台(2),在上述隔热材(B)上面排列并粘接蓄热材的下板(P1);在第3工作台(3),在上述蓄热材的下板(P1)上面排列并粘接导热钢板(F);在第4工作台(4),在上述导热钢板(F)上面排列并粘接蓄热材的上板(P2);在第5工作台(5),用穿孔机(D)穿设插入铆钉的孔(h),该孔从蓄热材的上板(P2)贯通到导热钢板(F)和以盖状结合在缓冲支柱(d)的头部的金属制保护管(c)的上面;在第6工作台(6),在上述孔(h)中插入铆钉(v);在第7工作台(7),利用铆钉机(R)铆接铆钉(v),该铆钉(v)嵌合在穿设于导热钢板(F)的孔(h)和穿设于缓冲支柱的金属制保护管(c)的上面,即可完成复合层结合为一体的采暖板块(P);在第8工作台(8),利用搬运机构(T)搬运完成的复合层采暖板块(P)。
