Claims (4)
- 원통 또는 다각통 형의 광중합반응탱크(1)와, 그 광중합반응탱크(1)의 내부 에 설치되어 반응물의 교반을 위한 다수의 임펠러(21)가 부착된 교반기(2)와, 그 교반기(2)와 간섭되지 않도록 내부에 배치하여 반응물에 에너지를 공급하도록 설치되어 있는 에너지발생장치(3)로 구성되고,그 에너지발생장치(3)는 에너지 전달 매개체인 라이트튜브(31) 내부에 광원(32)을 삽입하여 형성되는 것으로, 그 라이트튜브(31)는 석영(Quartz), 파이렉스(Pyrex), 유리(Glass), 아크릴(Acryl), 광섬유, 글래스 샤프트(Glass Shaft) 중 선택되는 어느 1종의 재질의 5 ~ 50mm 관경을 갖는 원통형 관 외부표면에 TiO2, SiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, ZnS, MgF2, In2O3, Cr2O3, Ai, Pt, Au, Ag, Cu, Cr, Si, Ni, Ta2O3, Ge 중 선택되는 어느 1종 이상의 증착물질을 진공 증착하여 1 ~ 100층의 증착막을 형성하여, 그 원통형 관의 외측 표면에 형성된 증착막의 광의 간섭을 이용하여 100 ~ 3500㎚의 범위에서의 특정 파장만이 투과되도록 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 라이트튜브를 이용한 광중합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 진공 증착은 10-3Torr 이하의 고진공이 유지되는 조건의 진공 증착기를 이용하여 증착물질을 전자빔으로 증발시켜 튜브 표면에 증착하는 것 임을 특징으로 하는 라이트튜브를 이용한 광중합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 광원(22)은 라이트튜브(31) 내부에 삽입되거나 또는 광중합반응탱크(1) 외부에 설치되는 것으로, 유브이 램프(UV LAMP), 비져블 램프(VISIBLE LAMP), 아이알 램프(IR LAMP), 전자빔(EB), 레이저(RASER) 중 선택되는 어느 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 라이트튜브를 이용한 광중합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,에너지발생장치(3)는 그 외둘레로 석영(Quartz), 파이렉스(Pyrex), 유리(Glass), 아크릴(Acryl), 광섬유, 글래스 샤프트(Glass Shaft) 중 선택되는 어느 1종의 재질로 이루어진 미코팅튜브(33)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 라이트튜브를 이용한 광중합 장치.
