Claims (4)
- 내부에 소직경 경사턱(11) 및 대직경 단턱(12)을 차례로 지님과 동시에 상기 대직경 단턱(12)의 외주연에 외부 돌출턱(13)을 구비한 연결체(10)와, 상기 연결체(10) 내부의 소직경 경사턱(11)에 차례로 끼워진 파지체(20) 및 패킹(30)과, 상기 대직경 단턱(12)에 끼워지며 내주연에 나사홈(41)을 지닌 매개너트(40)와, 일단이 절곡되어 상기 매개너트(40)를 감싸면서 타단으로 하여금 상기 외부 돌출턱(13)을 감싸도록 밴딩되는 금속판으로 된 밴딩캡(50)과, 상기 매개너트(40) 및 패킹(30)을 통해 파이프(P)를 수용하여 상기 파지체(20)로서 끼움 고정하도록 상기 나사홈(41)에 결합되는 나사산(61)을 지닌 가이드 관(60)을 포함하고; 상기 대직경 단턱(12)은 고정홈(12a)을 구비하고; 상기 매개너트(40)는 상기 고정홈(12a)에 끼워지는 고정돌기(40a)를 포함하는 파이프 연결구에 있어서;상기 매개너트(40)는 플라스틱 내지는 합성수지로 이루어지고;상기 외부 돌출턱(13)은 상기 연결체(10)의 외주연으로부터 수직방향으로 돌출됨과 동시에 그 측면에 걸림홈(13a)을 구비하고,상기 밴딩캡(50)은 상기 외부 돌출턱(13)에 맞추어 수직방향으로 밴딩됨과 동시에 상기 걸림홈(13a)에 압착되는 걸림편(50a)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패킹(30) 및 가이드 관(60) 사이에 개재된 완충링(70)을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 파지체(20)는 상기 파이프(P)의 외주연을 밀착 가압하는 후크편(20a)을 지닌 제 1 그랩링(21) 및 제 2 그랩링(22)과, 상기 제 1 그랩링(21) 및 제 2 그랩링(22)을 구획하면서 안착시키는 제 1 보조링(23) 및 제 2 보조링(24)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연결구.
