Claims (5)
- 발열반응에 의한 냉각 공정시 사용되는 냉각수가 저장되는 드럼, 상기 드럼에 저장된 냉각수를 이동시키는 펌프, 냉각수의 유동라인을 제어하는 밸브, 냉각수 중 고온의 스팀을 냉각시키는 스팀 콘덴서, 발열량이 큰 유기물을 냉각 및 산화시키는 관형 반응기를 포함하는 혼합형 초임계수 산화장치에 있어서,발열량이 큰 유기물을 물의 임계점 이상의 온도와 압력상태로 처리할 수 있도록 열교환을 통해 반응열을 냉각할 수 있는 열교환식 다관형 반응기(80)가 상기 관형 반응기(90)에 연속적으로 연결되어지되, 상기 열교환식 다관형 반응기(80)는 냉각수가 공급되어 스팀을 생산하는 반응기 쉘(801)과, 반응 물질이 공급되는 복수개의 튜브(806)와, 반응 물질과 냉각수를 분리하는 튜브 시트(804) 및 반응 물질 투입구인 채널(802)과, 상기 반응기 쉘(801) 내부의 유체 흐름에 구배를 주기 위한 배플 플레이트(809,810)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형 초임계수 산화장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관형 반응기(90)는 반응물질이 유입되는 코일 형식의 다발로 이루어진 튜브(901)와, 유입구(902) 및 배출구(903)와, 상기 튜브(901)를 지지하는 상,하부 지지부(905,906)로 이루어진 지지부재(904)와, 장치를 견고하게 지지하기 위한 고정부재(907)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형 초임계수 산화장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환식 다관형 반응기(80)와 관형 반응기(90)는 각각 혹은 병렬로 동시에 사용 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합형 초임계수 산화장치.
