Claims (5)
- 상, 하부케이스로 이루어진 케이스와; 상기 상, 하부케이스의 내부에 안착되며, 외부투입전원으로부터 회전되는 회전축에 의해 냉매의 압축 및 토출동작이 수행되도록 설치된 압축기구부로 구성된 냉장고 압축기에 있어서,상기 냉장고 압축기(A)의 케이스(C)의 내측면에 방음부재(M)가 배치되고, 이 방음부재(M)는 섬유 또는 발포성 섬유로 이루어지는 흡음재(S)와; 이 흡음재(S)의 외면에 부착되며, 발포성 소재의 금속 또는 비금속 재질로 이루어진 흡음구조재(F)와; 상기 흡음구조재(F)를 보호하기 위한 소정의 단면형상으로 이루어진 금속박판(P)으로 구성되고,상기 흡음재(S)는 유리섬유, 유기섬유, 우레탄 폼, 실리콘 폼, 팽창흑연 등의 비금속 섬유재 또는 발포성 소재와, 산화알루미늄의 세라믹섬유, 스테인리스 울, 알루미늄 울의 금속섬유재로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 압축기용 방음구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡음구조재(F)는 알루미늄 폼, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 폼, 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 폼 등의 발포성 소재의 금속 또는 비금속 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 압축기용 방음구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속박판(P)은 철, 알루미늄, 구리, 주석, 스테인리스강, 크롬-니켈계 합금, 고니켈 합금, 고코발트 합금으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 압축기용 방음구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방음부재(M)는 평판형, 사인파형, 삼각파형, 요철형, 엠보싱형으로 규칙적 또는 불규칙적으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 압축기용 방음구조.
