Claims (6)
- 고형분 1∼30중량%을 함유하는 알루미나졸 15∼35중량%, 고형분 1∼10중량%를 함유하는 황산알루미나 수용액 20∼50중량%, 고형분 10∼60중량%를 함유하는 수용성 초산비닐수지 10∼30중량% 및 나머지가 물로 구성된 내열성분이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내열성분은 색상을 내기 위하여 흑색과 백색(지당)을 중량비로 1:1로 혼합시킨 안료 0.01∼0.1중량%를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 알루미나의 입자크기는 20∼50 나노 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유.
- 청구항 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 내열성분에 유리섬유 직조물을 침지시켜 코팅시킨 다음, 연속 건조하면서 롤벤딩(압련)하여 유리섬유의 표면 고루기와 유연성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 건조는 120∼170℃의 온도에서 연속 건조하면서 90∼98%의 건조 상태에서 롤벤딩(압련)을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 유리섬유의 코팅두께는 코팅, 건조 및 압련을 2회 이상 수행하여 더욱 두꺼워 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 유리섬유의 제조방법.
