Claims (10)
- 기판상에 자외선 경화용 조성물을 코팅하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;상기 코팅층이 반경화상태에 이르도록 자외선을 조사하여 반경화된 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;상기 반경화된 코팅층에 왁스조성물을 더욱 코팅하여 왁스 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;상기 왁스코팅층을 완전 경화상태에 이르도록 자외선을 조사하는 단계;로 구성된 칠판용 코팅 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 왁스조성물은 폴리에틸렌 왁스미립자 15 내지 25 중량% 및 유기관능기를 가지는 공중합체 용액 75 내지 85 중량%를 포함하는 액상 분산체 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌왁스 미립자는 최대입자크기가 1 내지 30 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 용액은 아크릴 공중합체, 아크릴 변성우레탄, 폴리에스테르 변성우레탄 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스 조성물 코팅두께는 30um 내지 70um인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의한 칠판용 코팅필름 제조방법에 의해 제조되는, 기판, 자외선 경화 코팅층 및 왁스 조성 코팅층이 순차적으로 적층된, 칠판용 코팅필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기판 재료는 메타 아크릴레이트 수지(PMMA), 폴리카아보네이트(PC), 염화비닐계 합성수지(PVC), 폴리프로필렌 발포수지(PP), 아크릴로니이트릴 부타디엔 스타이렌(ABS)계 합성수지 또는 PET 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 왁스 조성 코팅층은 폴리에틸렌왁스 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 왁스 조성 코팅층 두께는 30um 내지 70um인 것을 특징으로 하는, 칠판용 코팅필름.
