Description
Claims (11)
- 경사 섬유 및 위사를 포함하며, 여기서a) 위사가 픽-앤-픽 (pick-and-pick) 또는 공삽입 (co-insertion) 구조에서 선택되고;b) 위사가 방적 스테이플사 및 폴리에스테르 이성분 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 폴리에스테르 이성분 필라멘트가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하며;c) 폴리에스테르 이성분 필라멘트가 열고정 후 권축 수축치가 10 % 내지 80 %인 제직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방적 스테이플사가 면사이고;직물이 12 % 내지 35 %의 위사 신장도를 갖는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 위사가 픽-앤-픽 구조인 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 위사가 공삽입 구조인 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 이성분 필라멘트가 열고정 후 권축 수축치가 35 % 내지 80%인 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서,직물이 능직이고;상기 직물이 2.2 N-m/g 이상의 표준화된 언로드 파워를 가지고 있고;경사 섬유가 방적 스테이플사인 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경사 신장도가 15 % 내지 35 %이고, 직물의 총중량 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 이성분 필라멘트를 포함하는 직물.
- a) 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 포함하며, 열고정 후 권축 수축치가 10 % 내지 80%인 이성분 필라멘트를 제공하는 단계;b) 방적 스테이플사를 제공하는 단계;c) 경사 섬유를 제공하는 단계; 및d) 이성분 필라멘트 및 방적 스테이플사를 경사 섬유와 공삽입 또는 픽-앤-픽에서 선택된 방법으로 제직하여 직물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 위사-신축성 직물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 방적 스테이플사가 면사이고 단계 (d)의 제직 방법이 픽-앤-픽인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,단계 (a)의 이성분 필라멘트가 35 % 내지 80 %의 열고정 후 권축 수축치를 가지고;단계 (d)의 제직 방법이 공삽입인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서 단계 (a)가, 단계 (d)의 직물이 직물의 총중량 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 이성분 필라멘트를 포함하도록 하는 양의 이성분 필라멘트를 제공하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
