Abstract
Description
그 다음, 지지체 기체로 질소를 사용하여, 당해 슬러리를 통해 황화수소 기체를 실온에서 분사시킨다. 혼합물을 7시간 동안 반응시킨다. 반응이 완결되면 당해 시스템을 통해 질소를 퍼지시켜서 잔류 H2S를 제거한다. 나머지 용액을 진공 여과시켜서 고체를 분리시키고, 일정 중량의 고체를 탈이온수로 세척하고 125℃에서 건조시킨다.

Claims (14)
- 염화로듐 이성체가 정상 상태로 분산될 때까지 염화로듐 수용액을 가열하고, 상기 수용액에 황화수소를 살포하여 황화로듐을 형성시킴으로써 제조되는, 황화로듐 전극 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환류시에 가열되는, 황화로듐 전극 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 불활성 지지체로 지지되는, 황화로듐 전극 촉매.
- 고분산 카본 블랙 위에 증착된 황화로듐 전극 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전도성 불활성 지지체가 고분산 카본 블랙인, 황화로듐 전극 촉매.
- 염화로듐 이성체가 정상 상태로 분산될 때까지 염화로듐 수용액을 가열하고, 상기 수용액에 황화수소를 살포하여 황화로듐을 형성시킴으로써 제조되는, 고분산 카본 블랙 위에 증착된 전극 촉매.
- 염화로듐 용액을 형성하는 단계, 상기 용액을 가열하여 염화로듐 이성체를 정상 상태로 분산시키는 단계 및 생성된 용액 속으로 황화수소를 살포시켜 황화로듐을 침강시키고 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 전극 촉매의 형성방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 황화로듐이 고분산 카본 블랙 위에 증착되는, 전극 촉매의 형성방법.
- 전도성 불활성 지지체 위에 제1항에 따르는 전극 촉매가 증착되어 있는 전극을 포함하는, 막 전극 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 지지체가 카본 블랙인, 막 전극 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 고분산된, 막 전극 조립체.
- 제9항에 따르는 막 전극 조립체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 전기분해장치에서 염산을 전기분해시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 따르는 막 전극 조립체를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 전기분해장치에서 염산을 전기분해시키는 방법.
- 염화로듐 이성체가 정상 상태로 분산될 때까지 염화로듐 수용액을 가열하고, 상기 수용액에 황화수소를 살포함으로써 형성되는, 전극 촉매.
