Claims (4)
- 다수의 광섬유가 배치되어 패턴을 형성하는 도로표지판의 표면을 따라 슬라이딩 이동되며 손잡이가 설치된 본체와;상기 본체에 결합되며 하단이 상기 본체의 하단부가 더 높게 형성된 블록과;상기 블록에 설치되어 상기 도로표지판 위로 돌출된 상기 광섬유를 절단하는 컷팅부와;상기 본체의 하부에 설치되어 상기 본체의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드부;를 구비하고,상기 컷팅부는 상기 블록에 결합된 지지프레임과, 상기 지지프레임에 설치되며 구동축이 하방으로 연장되는 모터와, 상기 구동축의 하부에 설치된 원형의 커터를 구비하며,상기 블록에는 상기 도로표지판의 표면으로부터 상기 커터까지의 높이를 조절할 수 있는 높이조절수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 발광형 도로표지판의 광섬유 컷팅장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 높이조절수단은 상기 블록에 양단부가 회전가능하게 지지되며 상기 지지프레임에 형성된 승강바와 나사결합되는 리드스크루와, 상기 리드스크루를 정역회전시켜 상기 승강바를 상하방향으로 승강시키는 액츄에이터와, 상기 리드스크루와 나란하도록 상기 블록에 양단부가 고정되며 상기 승강바의 상하 이동을 가이드하는 가이드바를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 발광형 도로표지판의 광섬유 컷팅장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 도로표지판의 표면에 대하여 상기 커터의 기울기를 조정할 수 있도록 상기 블록의 기울기를 조정할 수 있는 틸팅수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 발광형 도로표지판의 광섬유 컷팅장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅수단은 상기 본체에 형성되며 고정결합홀이 마련된 제 1 및 제 2브라켓트와, 상기 블록이 회전가능하도록 상기 블록을 관통하여 설치되며 양단이 상기 제 1 및 제 2브라켓트에 각각 고정되는 회전축과, 상기 블록의 회전시 상기 고정결합홀이 형성하는 궤적을 따라 상기 블록에 형성된 다수의 회동결합홈 중 어느 하나의 회동결합홈을 상기 고정결합홀에 대응되도록 고정시키는 고정핀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 발광형 도로표지판의 광섬유 컷팅장치.
