Claims (7)
- 액티브영역과 주변영역이 정의되는 제 1기판과,상기 액티브영역 및 주변영역에 형성된 블랙 매트릭스와,상기 블랙 매트릭스를 포함한 액티브영역 상에 형성된 컬러필터층 및 상기 블랙 매트릭스를 포함한 주변영역 상에 형성된 단차 보정용 더미 패턴과,상기 결과물 위에 형성된 공통전극층과,상기 공통전극층을 포함한 제 1기판 위에 형성된 스페이서와,상기 결과의 제 1기판 위에 실(seal)재를 이용하여 합착되는 제 2기판을 포함하며,상기 주변영역에서의 상기 제 1기판과 상기 제 2기판 사이의 간격은 상기 더미 패턴 상에 형성된 스페이서에 의해 일정하게 유지되며, 상기 실(seal)재는 상기 제 1기판과 상기 제 2기판의 합착역할만 하도록 상기 단차 보정용 더미 패턴 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단차 보정용 더미 패턴은 상기 컬러필터층과 동일 재질을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단차 보정용 더미 패턴은 상기 컬러필터층과 동시에 패터닝되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 볼 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서는 포스트 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단차 보정용 더미 패턴의 두께는 상기 액티브영역의 컬러필터층 두께에서 상기 블랙 매트릭스 두께 만큼 감한 값을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단차 보정용 더미 패턴은 오버코팅막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
