Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 용매제에 MgO 분말 및 CaO 분말 중 적어도 1 이상의 분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 용접 이전에 seam부에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물이 도포된 seam부를 TIG 용접하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 MgO 분말의 입자 크기는 180~500㎛, 상기 CaO 분말의 입자 크기는 130~500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 용접부 가공성 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 TIG 용접 방법.
- 용매제에 MgO 분말 및 CaO 분말 중 적어도 1 이상의 분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 용접 이전에 seam부에 도포하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물이 도포된 seam부를 TIG 용접하는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 혼합물은 글리세린 용매제 100중량부에 대하여 0.1~5중량부의 MgO 분말, CaO 분말 또는 MgO 및 CaO 분말을 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 용접부 가공성 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 TIG 용접 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 도포는 직접 도포법, spray 도포법 및 함침 도포법으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 도포법에 의하여 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 용접부 가공성 향상을 위한 페라이트계 스테인리스강의 TIG 용접 방법.
