Description
Claims (1)
- 스티어링 기어 박스측 또는 스티어링 휠측의 어느 한쪽에 연결되고 다른쪽측을 향하여 개구하는 통 부재와,상기 스티어링 기어 박스측 또는 스티어링 휠측의 다른쪽에 연결됨과 함께, 상기 통 부재 내의 저부와의 사이에 소정의 간극을 형성한 상태에서 상대 회전을 제한하도록 삽입된 축 부재와,상기 통 부재의 내주면과 상기 축 부재의 외주면과의 사이의 간격에 대응하는 형상을 가지며, 그 간격에 개장되고, 또한 활재가 함유된 제 1 탄성체를 갖는 탄성 축 조인트에 있어서,상기 통 부재의 내주면의 일부에 축 방향에 따른 오목 홈을 마련하고, 또한, 해당 오목 홈에 감합하는 볼록형상부를 상기 축 부재의 외주면에 마련함과 함께,상기 통 부재의 내주면과 상기 제 1 탄성체와의 사이, 또는 상기 축 부재의 외주면과 상기 제 1 탄성체와의 사이의 적어도 한쪽에, 해당 통 부재와 축 부재와의 축심 방향의 상대 이동을 가능하게 하는 활주부를 마련함과 함께,상기 통 부재의 저부와 상기 축 부재의 사이에는 축심 방향으로 제 2 탄성체가 개장되며,또한, 상기 통 부재의 개구단에는 내주측으로 연재하는 플랜지부가 형성되고, 그 플랜지부와 상기 축 부재와의 사이에 제 3 탄성체가 개장된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 축 조인트.
