Claims (4)
- 저장탱크(10)로부터 운반된 유기성 폐기물은 분쇄기(20)에 의해 파쇄되고, 상기의 분쇄기(20)는 건조기(30)와 연결되어 유기성 폐기물에 대한 건조공정을 수행하는 것이며, 상기 건조기(30)로부터 유기성 폐기물을 공급받는 탄화기(50)에서는 건류가스와 탄화물로의 열분해 작용이 이루어지게 한 탄화 설비에 있어서,내부의 분할가열판(61)에 의해 제1연소실(62)과 제2연소실(63)로 구분된 연소기(60)를 구비하고, 상기 제1연소실(62)의 일측으로는 건조기(30)에서 발생하는 악취와 수증기가 유입되어 타측으로 배출되게 하고, 상기 제2연소실(63)의 일측으로는 탄화기(50)에서 발생하는 건류가스가 유입되어 타측으로 배출되게 하되,상기 제1연소실(62)의 내부에는 지그재그 형태로 된 지연판(65)(65')을 형성하고, 상기 제2연소실(63)의 일측 하단에는 버너(64)를 장착하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수증기와 건류가스를 구분 처리하기 위한 연소장치를 갖는 유기성 폐기물 탄화 설비.

- 제 1항에 있어서,건류가스를 태워 발생하는 폐열로 인한 제2연소실(63)의 내부 온도를 적어도 1000℃ 이상을 유지하도록 구성하여 유해가스의 제거가 이루어지게 하고, 상기 제2연소실(63) 내부로부터 열전도되는 제1연소실(62)의 내부 온도는 적어도 900℃ 이상을 유지하도록 구성하여 수증기에 포함된 악취의 제거가 이루어지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수증기와 건류가스를 구분 처리하기 위한 연소장치를 갖는 유기성 폐기물 탄화 설비.
