- 삭제
- Ti 금속으로써 TiO2 분말에 망간 금속으로써 망간나이트레이트와 인 성분으로써 암모늄포스페이트 또는 인산을 함침시키고, 여기에 이리듐 금속으로써 이리듐클로라이드나 게르마늄 금속으로써 염화게르마늄이나 산화게르마늄중에서 1개 이상의 금속을 함침시켜 110℃에서 6시간 이상 건조시킨후 300℃ 내지 500℃ 사이에서 2시간 이상 소성하여 Ti-Mn-P-M 복합 방염가시광촉매 제조방법으로, 여기서 M은 금속을 나타내고 Ir, Ge중 하나 이상의 금속이며, 중량을 기준으로 한 Ti + Mn + P : M은 100 : 1 내지 1 : 1 이며, 중량을 기준으로 한 Ti : Mn + P 는 10 : 1 내지 1:10 이고, 중량을 기준으로 한 Mn : P는 10 : 1 내지 1:10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방염가시광촉매 제조방법.
- Ti 금속으로써 TiCl4 또는 티타늄테트라이소프로폭사이드와 망간 금속으로써 망간나이트레이트와 인 성분으로써 암모늄포스페이트 또는 인산을 혼합하고, 여기에 이리듐 금속으로써 이리듐클로라이드나 게르마늄 금속으로써 염화게르마늄이나 산화게르마늄중에서 1개 이상의 금속을 혼합하여 질산이나 황산 또는 염산 수용액상에서 60℃ 내지 150℃ 에서 60rpm 이상으로 3시간 이상 교반하면서 졸겔법으로 제조하여 Ti-Mn-P-M 복합 방염가시광촉매를 만드는 방법으로, 여기서 M은 금속을 나타내고 Ir, Ge중 하나 이상의 금속이며, 중량을 기준으로 한 Ti + Mn + P : M은 100 : 1 내지 1 : 1 이며, 중량을 기준으로 한 Ti : Mn + P 는 10 : 1 내지 1:10 이고, 중량을 기준으로 한 Mn : P는 10 : 1 내지 1:10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방염가시광촉매 제조방법.
