Claims (2)
- 과부하 방지장치에 있어서,동력을 발생시키는 감속기(10)와;상기 감속기(10)의 회전축에 설치되는 단차진 원통 형태로 구성되되, 일측 원주방향으로는 장홈(21)이 형성되어 있는바, 바닥면 중앙은 낮고 양측 가장자리로 향할수록 점진적으로 높아지는 형태의 장홈(21)이 구비된 하우징(20)과;상기 하우징(20)에 설치되되, 일측으로는 통공(31)이 구비된 톱니바퀴형태의 스프라켓(30)과;하우징(20)과 결합되어 스프라켓(30)의 이탈을 방지하도록 원판형태로 구성된 엔드커버(40)와;상기 하우징(20)의 장홈(21)에 내설되는 강구(51)와 스프라켓(30)의 통공(31)에 내설되는 스프링(52) 및 스프링(52)의 변위를 감지하는 로드셀(53)로 구성되되, 강구(51)가 장홈(21)의 경사면을 따라 이동함에 따라 강구(51)의 후방에 위치한 스프링(52)에 압축력이 발생되며, 이를 로드셀(53)로 감지하도록 구성된 감지수단(50)과;상기 엔드커버(40)의 중앙에 설치되어 로드셀(53)의 선이 꼬임 없이 외부로 변위 값이 전달되도록 하는 슬립링(60)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과부하 방지장치.
