도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전기 차량용 충전건 장치의 사시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 전기차량의 접속구에 연결되어 전기차량의 충전에 사용되는 충전건이고,
상기 충전건은,
상기 충전건의 내부 또는 충전건과 접속구 사이의 온도를 감지하는 적어도 하나의 온도 센서;
장착 플레이트의 관통홀에 이동 가능하게 장착된 제어파일럿(Control Pilot)핀;
상기 제어파일럿 핀의 외주면 일 측에 형성된 수평기어;
상기 수평기어와 기어 결합된 원형기어;
상기 제어파일럿 핀의 이동을 위해 상기 원형기어로 구동력을 제공하는 모터;
상기 모터의 구동상태를 감지하는 센서; 및
상기 온도 센서의 감지 값을 기초로 하여 상기 모터를 정/역회전시켜 상기 장착 플레이트를 기준으로 상기 제어파일럿 핀을 직접 전/후 방향으로 이동시키는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부에 의해 상기 제어파일럿 핀은 전기차량의 접속구에 마련된 대응 단자와 결합 또는 분리되고, 상기 충전건과 접속구가 결합된 상태에서 상기 제어파일럿 핀이 상기 접속구의 대응 단자와 분리되면 상기 전기차량의 충전동작은 중지되고,
상기 센서 감지 결과, 상기 제어파일럿 핀이 이동될 조건에서 상기 모터가 미 구동 시에 상기 제어부는 경고음을 출력하도록 구성되는, 전기차량용 충전건 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 온도센서의 감지 값을 실시간 표시하는 디스플레이를 더 포함하는 전기차량용 충전건 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어파일럿 핀에 신호라인이 연결되고,
상기 신호라인에 릴레이가 연결되며,
상기 제어부는 감지 값에 따라 상기 릴레이를 동작시켜 신호라인을 차단하는 전기차량용 충전건 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충전건은,
충전장치에서 연장된 충전 케이블의 단부와 결합 및 분리 가능하게 형성되는 전기차량용 충전건 장치.
