Claims (6)
- 사각의 개구부를 지닌 전면부와 측벽부로 이루어진 프레임과, 후면을 커버하는 방열판과, 상기 프레임과 상기 방열판의 사이에 위치하는 사각 판상의 도광판을 구비하고, 상기 도광판의 측면에 배치된 복수의 발광소자의 광을 전면으로 방출하는 면발광장치에 있어서,상기 방열판의 각 모서리로부터 연장되어 일체로 형성되되 절곡되어 그 내측이 상기 도광판의 측면을 향하는 방열판 측벽부;상기 방열판 측벽부 내측에 부착되며 복수의 발광 소자가 실장된 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 프레임, 상기 도광판, 및 상기 방열판을 사각 코너부에서 관통하여 고정하는 고정부재를 포함하되,상기 방열판 측벽부 하단과 상기 프레임의 전면부는 서로 이격되며, 상기 방열판 측벽부와 상기 프레임의 측벽부는 서로 이격되어 공간부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열판 측벽부는 절곡 성형에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 방열판에는 복수의 요입부가 내측으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 방열판 측벽부와 상기 프레임의 측벽부 사이의 공간부는 후방으로 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정부재는 상기 프레임에 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
- 사각의 개구부를 지닌 전면부와 측벽부로 이루어진 프레임과, 후면을 커버하는 방열판과, 상기 프레임과 상기 방열판의 사이에 위치하는 사각 판상의 도광판을 구비하고, 상기 도광판의 측면에 배치된 복수의 발광소자의 광을 전면으로 방출하는 면발광장치에 있어서,개구부를 지닌 판상의 금속체의 각 모서리로부터 연장되어 일체로 형성되되 절곡되어 그 내측이 상기 도광판의 측면을 향하는 금속 측벽부;상기 금속 측벽부 내측에 부착되며 복수의 발광 소자가 실장된 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 프레임, 상기 도광판, 및 상기 방열판을 사각 코너부에서 관통하여 고정하는 고정부재를 포함하되,상기 금속 측벽부 하단과 상기 프레임의 전면부는 서로 이격되며, 상기 금속 측벽부와 상기 프레임의 측벽부는 서로 이격되어 공간부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 면발광장치.
